The Round Table of Estonian Women’s Unions (RTWUE) is an open and democratic form of the women NGO cooperation. The goal of the Round Table is to form general women’s position on the most important issues of social life and to develop democracy of participation and equality between women and men in the dialogue with the authorities.

RTWUE is the coordinator of the European organization European Women’s Lobby (EWL) in Estonia; its mission is to develop equality between women and men in Estonia and in the entire Europe; it is also aimed at supporting political decisions adopted in Europe and strengthening human rights and gender equality.

A total of over 170 women’s organizations, both members and regional round tables, are united by the RTWUE.
